As many of our products are handcrafted and made using natural botanical ingredients, flowers, herbs, and leaves, we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
 

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in an unsatisfactory condition, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery along with photographs of the product and packaging.

Once we review the issue, we will do our best to make it right.
 

Replacement

Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Refunds

In situations where a replacement is not possible, we may offer a refund or store credit after reviewing the matter.
 

Natural Variations

Because we work with real flowers, herbs, leaves, and other natural materials, slight variations in colour, texture, shape, or appearance are natural and make each piece unique. Such variations should not be considered defects.
 

Cancellation 
At Kalp Sattva, many of our products are prepared, packed, and processed with care shortly after an order is placed. Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched for shipping. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
 

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, any prepaid amount will be refunded through the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
